Rides Depart from their designated locations at the time you have been told in your confirmation email. Please make sure to arrive at least 15minutes prior to bus departure so you can check-in with the staff there and get your wristband for the evening. Motorcoaches drop off and stage right in front of the venue on Fiddler's Green Circle.

Departure from the venue promptly 30 minutes after the show is over from the same location.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing Ride Passes from Colorado Music Travel (the “TRANSPORTATION BROKER”), YOU and  ALL PERSONS IN YOUR PARTY WHOM YOU HAVE PURCHASED RIDE PASSES FOR are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

Ride Passes do NOT include tickets or admission to events at ticketed venues. Ride Passes to do NOT include transportation services and ONLY provide a reservation for last-mile concert travel accommodations, for which any related transportation services are provided wholly by the Transportation Broker’s Transportation Partners, which include but are not limited to ACE EXPRESS COACHES, LLC and LAWSON LIMO SERVICE, INC. Transportation Broker does NOT provide any transportation services.

Ride Passes are for the exclusive use of YOU or the specifically identified persons in your party at the time of purchase (each individually, a “Named Passholder” and collectively, the “Named Passholders”). Please further note any requests for modifications to the Ride Passes, including the identity of the Named Passholder, are not guaranteed and will need approval based on availability and acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Requests for changes of any type, including event date or Named Passholder, can be made by submitting an email to guest services at support@coloradomusictravel.com. Requests made within 24 hours prior to the scheduled commencement of the last-mile concert travel accommodations are not guaranteed to be accommodated.

By purchasing Ride Passes, Named Passholders acknowledge that they will be traveling with a third-party charter service provider that takes on all transportation responsibilities and liabilities associated with the last-mile concert travel accommodations. Named Passholders further acknowledge that transportation services provided by the Transportation Broker’s Transportation Partners are charter services. By purchasing a Ride Pass, Named Passholders voluntarily elect to be included in the social group of individuals that is coextensive with the Chartering Party, which is a social group of individuals, consisting of smaller subset of the larger group of individuals who share a common interest in attending the specific event, as fans of the event or artist(s) performing at the event, but additionally, for this specific subset, the individuals also desire safe and convenient last-mile concert travel accommodations. All Named Passholders must provide consent to the terms and conditions for membership to the social group and may be required to sign a form titled, "Safe Rides Social Group Terms." 

All Sales Are Final. No Refunds. No Exceptions. 

If last-mile concert travel accommodations are cancelled, notice and refunds will be provided promptly. 

Transportation Broker reserves the right to refuse to honor any Ride Pass should the Named Passholder fail to comply with these terms and conditions, including the Safe Rides Group Terms.
