- How do I check-in for the ride?  

 - Please arrive at your pick-up location at least 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure. You will need to provide proof of purchase (confirmation email or ticket ID) or a valid form of Photo ID.

- When Does Check-In open? When and where do the rides depart from?

- Check-In Opens 90 minutes prior to departure time.

- Monaco Hotel: Departs 45 minutes prior to event doors time.

- Origin Hotel: Departs 15 minutes prior to event doors time.

( Please note "event doors time" is referring to the time the venue doors open, NOT the actual show start time)

- You must pickup your wristbands up during the check-in window (our team will only be there for that window)

- If you miss check-in and don't make it you will need to make sure you know where to go after the show.

- Please note that departure times are subject to local traffic conditions.***

- Where do the motorcoaches drop off at the venue? Do they depart from the same place they drop off?

-The motor coaches will drop you off in the upper north parking lot at Red Rocks in the far end of the parking lot away from the amphitheatre, this is the same location you will go back to for your ride at the end of the night.

- When do we leave after the show? Will I have time to get back to the spot in time for departure?

- The Motorcoaches Depart promptly 30 minutes after the show is over so make sure you head straight back to the same spot you were dropped off at. There is plenty of time to make it back to Upper North Lot which is the closest lot to the north entrances.

- Are coach passes for round trip rides? Can I ride just one way?

- All tickets sold are for ROUND TRIP Rides​. YES, you can ride just one way.

     -If you are riding just one way, please make sure to see the map below and head to the upper north lot after the show. Check-in with our team so you know which bus to get on.  ​

When do the coaches leave? Can I leave early If I want?

- As Mentioned, The Motorcoaches Depart promptly 30 minutes after the show is over so make sure you head straight back. The buses will not leave early unless they are full.

Q: Are there bathrooms on the motorcoaches?
A: Yes, our transportation partners typically have a bathroom on their vehicles, but it is not guaranteed.

Q: Can I bring food and drinks on the ride?
A: Yes, but NO GLASS please. Grab some food and drinks to go from the restaurant at your pick-up location!

Q: I’m running late, will the motor coach wait for me?
A: No, the coaches leave promptly at the listed departure times.  There are many people who ride and we must accommodate the majority of our guests as best as possible and not uphold departure due to someone arriving late.  We please ask you to arrive on time and be checked in no later than 15 minutes prior to departure.​

Q: What happens if I miss the ride either way?

- If you miss the ride on the way to the venue you can still ride the return trip just one way no problem. (Folks do that alot because it is still a great value) Just make sure you know to go to the UPPER NORTH LOT and see the Colorado Music Travel team to check-in (They will have your name on the list if you purchased ride tickets) and they will tell you what bus to get on.
